Are you struggling to start your novel or having trouble with one that you’re already writing? If so, this weeklong class will give you the support you need to move forward with clarity and confidence. Using a process learned at developed by Author Accelerator, book coach Rona Gofstein will guide you through 
1.      Fundamentals – including understanding why you are writing this book, the point of your story, who your ideal reader is and more
2.      Flow  – more than an outline (and it works for plotters, pantsers, and those in between) this will give you a path to write foward. Developing the “because of that” story summary, and writing an Inside Outline that will ensure your book has the emotional arc and cause-and-effect trajectory that drives a novel.
3.      Writing – Draft the opening and closing scenes of your novel
Bring your ideas, your concerns, your novel, and your questions.
Story Fundamentals (Day 1 & 2)
1.      Why write this book?
2.      What’s your point?
3.      One line summary of your story
4.      Define your genre
5.      Choose a title
6.      What are your comps?
7.      Learn your ideal reader
8.      Write your jacket copy
Story Structure (Day 3-5)
1.      Write a “because of that” summary (Day 3)
2.      Write the Inside Outline (Day 3 & 4)
3.      Write the opening scene (Day 5)
4.      Write the closing scene (Day 5)
5.      Using these pieces going forward: Writing & Revising (Day 5)
